Is an affiliate of Texas Grocery & Convenience Association
(TGCA). The mission of TALR is to serve its members by
developing and maintaining open communications between
the Texas Lottery Commission and lottery retailers. TALR continues to work with the Texas Lottery Commission to increase commissions, establish sales incentive bonuses, and pursue compensation for cashing winning lottery tickets.
TALR was successful in removing the $20.00 per week line charge all lottery retailers were paying.
